CloudHQ Unites and Simplifies Your Cloud Storage

If you are like me, you have collected a lot of online storage space from various providers like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive,, Evernote or Amazon Cloud Drive. Typically, these services will offer you what sounds like an AMAZING amount of storage for free to get started. And it seems like you will never be able to use up the free 1 GB, 10 GB, 50 GB, or 100 GB.

But we all know what happens. Pretty soon, you have filled up the free space and still have more that needs backed up. So you find the next new service and start filling that up. Pretty soon, you have files strewn all over the web with various services. This one has pictures, that one has files and another is holding your videos.

But then you either breakdown and buy unlimited space on one of the services or get a great deal (like the 1 TB that Google is now offering with some new Chromebooks). Now you can back all that data up to your new cloud storage…. except it is spread all over the web.

cloudhqlogoWell, I’ve found a solution to this problem that lets you combine and sync all your files across all your cloud storage platforms: CloudHQ. CloudHQ works with nearly all the major providers of cloud storage and even online document management stores like Evernote, Sharepoint and OneNote; as well as enterprise management tools like, Basecamp, and Sugar.

GApps_IntegrateAfter a simple setup where you select the services you want to combine or sync and choose the master location to sync to, the process begins and occurs seamlessly behind the scenes.

And since all the transfers and syncing happens in the cloud, it is amazingly fast. If you tried to download from the various services and re-upload you might find yourself waiting for days as transfers complete. But in my testing, I consolidated and sync’d several services at a rate of about 8GB/hr. For comparison, I recently uploaded files to Amazon Cloud Drive and was getting about 100 MB/hr. CloudHQ is 80 times faster!

CloudHQ transferred 4GB of files in just about half an hour!

CloudHQ has several plans available as well as some free options for smaller amounts of files. For business users, you can add multiple accounts and keep team documents and work synchronized across multiple platforms. For consumers, this will be an excellent way to migrate to a new platform or just keep your existing services in sync. As a bonus, you won’t have to worry about getting locked into one service. With CloudHQ, those files can be on multiple services and always available no matter what any one provider decides to do.

I’m so glad I found this service and I think you will find it to be a great timesaver for you. Check them out today!
